Premium membership is not required to own land on the CZ Estate sims. If you are a Premium member, the land size is not applied toward the Linden Labs land use fees.
The Second Life land use fee (or tier fee) is a monthly charge in addition to applicable membership fees for mainland property only. Private estate land is exempt from Linden tier fees.
The tier paid to CZ Estates does not go to Linden Labs.
