These marinas and yacht clubs are exclusive for use by the residents of these three sims. Located centrally for community accessibility, the docks are provided for your boat storage free of charge. Now you can enjoy your watercraft and not use the prims on your own parcel.
- Vessels must be 35 prims or fewer.
(This does not count against your land prim total.)

- The vessel must be designed specifically for water voyages.

- Tall masts on ships are fine with the approval of management. Sails must be down when docked and the mast must be phantom so it does not detract from flying objects/avis.

- There are no reserved spaces.
|
- You may not block-in another vessel.
|
- The vessel must be owned by you or a member of your household that is in the CZESTATE group.
|
- Any violations will cause your vessel to be returned.
|
- Repeated violations are cause for banning from the dock area.
